We have many clients who can't physically be in San Diego to shop for their home. In fact, often times our buyers don't see their home for the first time until after they have closed on the property. We know that may seem hard to imagine. But with today's technology, it makes it a lot easier. We show buyers homes via FaceTime, video and still photos. We also make sure to attend all inspections on behalf of our buyers as well. You do not need to physically be here to shop for a home!
